And in states, where that is not allowed, a good lawyer trained in the area of structured settlements can still figure out how to work out a way to keep you own costs to a minimum, while getting you far more money for your payments than you could have obtained on your own.
So, don’t be fooled by the tricky sales pitches, or the cute commercials, selling your future payments is a legal proceeding, and both the buyer and the seller should have a lawyer to represent their client best interests. And that is what we do!
