The administrative office of The Superior Court, located in Room 206 of the Hall of Justice provides overall management of the court. This includes responsibility for approximately 360 employees who provide services in all aspects of the court including:
Collections, Facilities and Courthouse Security, Legislation, Information Technology, Fiscal Services, Court Interpreting, Jury Services, Family Mediation, Court Reporting, Legal Research, Judicial Assistants, Secretarial Support, Human Resources, Records, Criminal, Traffic, Exhibits, Appeals, Civil, Small Claims,Family Law, Childrens Waiting Room, Self-Help Legal Access Centers the East County Courthouse in Simi Valley, and the Juvenile Courthouse in Oxnard.
Court Administration consists of the Court Executive Officer, an Assistant Executive Officer, and three Deputy Executive Officers. The Court Executive Officer is appointed by the judges of the Superior Court and oversees the entire court. The Deputy Executive Officers are responsible for day to day court operations and administrative services.
